When doing research, you might want to try the search engines below. Please remember that no website is 100% safe even when filtered for kids.

 

Image Quest:  Access approximately three million rights-cleared images from over 50 of the best collections in the world.

Try netTrekker, a good research tool purchased by the school district.


 

Badgerlink includes research resources for all ages. For children, look for the links to Searchasaurus and Kids Search. You might need to use your library card to access this site from home.

KidsClick is a web search site designed for kids by librarians.

For kids 10 years old and up, the Kids Page of IPL2 is a good  place to find information for assignments.
