Mitchell's K5 and 1st graders are learning all about the different

animals that live on farms. They are studying sheep, goats, pigs, cows, horses, chickens, donkeys and geese. Our students are learning what foods these animals eat, the size of the animal, what their habitat is like, the parts

of the animals' bodies, fun facts and much more!

Fun With Math

This week I spent a day with Team Ohana! Incorporating iPads into Math and Reading lessons is fun and engaging!  

Today, Team Explorers and I worked on research! We talked about it meant to do research, then the students researched blizzards, hurricanes and tornados. We learned a lot!!
